What We Are Seeking

               

Buell Securities is currently seeking established Financial Advisors and Registered Representatives who already have an existing client base.


Job Responsibilities

·         Provide a high level of individualized, comprehensive brokerage financial services and investment strategies to clients.

·         Develop client relationships and help them achieve their specific financial objectives.

·         Prospect, network and acquire clients through various methods and strategies.

·         Maintain continuing finance and sales, licensing and registration requirements.

·         Consult with clients on investment strategies based on their individual financial and investment objectives.

·         Balance management of referral activities, customer follow-ups and administrative tasks.

·         Analyze economic and market trends and provide your analysis/advice to satisfy your client’s needs.

·         Comply with all regulatory requirements.

·         Satisfy revenue goals.


Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field preferred and 5 years of professional experience in Business Development, Management, Sales, Legal, Accounting, Finance or other business.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, time management and organization skills.

·         A track record of professional success.

·         Strong community presence with an established network of personal and business contacts.

·         Ability to listen to client needs and provide financial solutions.

·         Self-motivation, ability to multi-task, and a strong-desire to succeed.

·         Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments.

·         Series 7 and Series 63 or 65 licenses.

·         Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by Buell Securities and FINRA.

·         Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow.
